Online Ordering
You can order products online by using the menu options 'Brands' or 'Catalogue'.
Browse through the product list and select 'Add' for any item you require. This will get added to your basket.
When you have finished selecting all your desired products click on the 'Shopping Cart' at the top right hand side of the site. This will take you to the checkout, where you can edit the products and numbers required. You will then be able to enter your delivery and invoice address.
Once the process has been completed the order will be sent to our despatch team who will contact you with regard to payment methods.

Christmas Orders
All Christmas orders must be placed by 31st August.
Christmas deliveries will start to be despatched from 1st October. However, certain
products will not become available to us until after that date and we will endeavour
to deliver them as soon as possible.
Products that are available only for Christmas delivery will appear in green text
and will have a Christmas tree symbol next to the product.
If you require your order on a specific date between October and December 2009,
please indicate this when you place your order.

Overdue Invoices
Overdue invoices (30 days or more on receipt of payment into our bank account) will
be subject to an interest charge at an annual rate of 4% above the basic bank rate.
Payment of invoices more than 45 days from receipt of goods/invoice date will be
subject to a minimum administration fee of £25 plus an interest charge as outlined
above.
If payment is not met in full within 60 days of receipt of goods/invoice date a
credit collection agency will be appointed on behalf of Gourmet World to collect
outstanding monies. |
